Made to order
Each treatment is cut, sewn or built to your measurements. Most orders take a few weeks, and shutters or specialty pieces can take longer.

Installed clean
Brackets anchored, headrails leveled, panels aligned and controls tested. Floors protected, and old treatments hauled away if you like.

Process questions
How long does it take to get custom window treatments?
Most custom blinds and shades arrive about two to four weeks after measuring, plantation shutters usually take four to eight weeks or more, and custom drapery takes several weeks. Installation is typically one scheduled visit. We give you an estimated timeline when you approve the order.
Is the in-home consultation really free?
Yes. The visit, the measuring, the samples and the written estimate are free, with no obligation to order. We bring real fabric, slat and shutter samples so you can see them in your own light.
